Unlike mentoring or counseling, spiritual direction is not focused on giving advice, behavioral correction, or providing resources.
Spiritual direction is the practice of holy listening.
This helps you reflect on your relationships and experiences with a spiritual companion, and the listening space allows the Holy Spirit to be the true Director.

Spiritual Direction
1 on 1 meeting

Some people are looking for something more in their spiritual journey.
For some, it might be hope, strength, or growth in their relationship with God. For others, it's a need for a safe space to process hard questions. A lot of us are wanting to salvage remnants of faith that have felt shattered by trauma or disappointment.
Spiritual Direction with Bethany or John is the practice of exploring how God might be offering what you need and what you long for. And when your circumstances are hard or painful, we wait together and discern what He might be cultivating.
We believe God is present and active in all things. Where might we notice together His activity and invitation in your everyday life?

Group Spiritual Direction

Nourish Groups
Imagine if spiritual and soul health included feeling heard, seen and held by others. Imagine journeying deeper into your relationship with God, to explore your experience of Him in community. Or perhaps you want to explore your felt connection or disconnection with Him, where you've been feeling disappointment, hunger, delight, or grief.
"Where am I noticing His movement?" and "What is He inviting me into?" These are the kinds of questions we explore together in safe & sacred community.

Nourish groups are Jesus-centered, with people from all over Tulsa.
They run September - May, and meet once a month from 7-9pm on a weekday. Groups typically include 3-4 members with Bethany leading the group. Most groups are based on members in the same vocation, or members in the same age range.

Retreat Design
Both Groups and Individual
1 hr | $100-350+ | online or in-person
Are you needing a quiet break from the grind? Are you feeling hungry for depth and connection with God? Are you feeling weary and in need of rest and refreshment? Perhaps you're looking for Jesus-centered retreat material for a small or large group you're facilitating?
You will be responsible to find and secure a location, but after a zoom or phone call consultation about what you are needing, Bethany will customize content with the intention of crafting quiet and reflective experiences to feed your spirit and soul. A post-retreat meeting or call is available to process and explore the experience you had. She is also available for leading in-person group retreats in the Tulsa Metro area, depending on scheduling.

Pricing:
$250 for customized retreat planning (not in-person).
$100 for each hour of content, for in-person retreat facilitation. Plus $350 per night, if multiple days. Travel expenses may also be incurred.
